Starting in 1315, the Little Ice Age reversed the population growth and expanded farming areas of Europe. The Great Famine led to the Black Death which led to the undermining of the feudal system and the rise of the middle class.

The Shire of Drakenmere invites you to a celebration of the love of friends, family, and food during the difficult times of the 14th century. There will be plenty of activities–classes, revel, feasting, merchants, bonfires, and fighting.
