Feast will follow the theme of this Summer Collegia: “Let the Games Begin!”. The majority of the menu will include foods that can be found in the wild, or otherwise called Gamey food! Reserve 1:
Rosemary Bread with herbal butter, cheese variety, and nut medley
Reserve 2:
Turkey with mushroom sauce, wild herb and flower salad, and perys in confyte
Vegetarian Option: Baked Eggplant and Vegetable Medley
Reserve 3:
Venison Custarde, asparagus, honey glazed carrots, and raspberry tea
Vegetarian Option: Mushroom Pie

Snow with strawberries and mixed seeds
